You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

FREE SHIPPING within Australia on orders over $100! All orders are shipped via Couriers Please, Aus Post or Fastway all of which the companies will send tracking numbers directly to clients within Australia. Please advise in the note section of your order if you would like us to leave your package at your door if no one is there to receive it.
All P.O. Box addresses, Parcel Collect, Parcel Locker or addresses in the NT are shipped via Australia Post.
If you choose to go with Courier Shipping please be aware that these orders will need to be received by someone at the shipping address or given permission to be left at the location. These orders do not go to your local post.
Couriers Please and Fastway are courier companies where drivers are making many deliveries a day. If no one is going to be at the address during business hours to receive your order, PLEASE GIVE PERMISSION FOR THEM TO LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE IN THE NOTES SECTION OF YOUR ORDER. However, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that have been left unattended at your property with your permission.
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping if you are in a city zone. Please add an extra day or two for those orders traveling to NT via Australia Post.
We provide tracking numbers for shipments that are shipped in Australia. Due to postal cost we are not able to provide tracking numbers for shipments outside of Australia. We are not responsible for misdirected or lost packages due to incorrect addresses given by the customer.
NOTE: When paying by bank transfer, it typically takes 24/48 hours for the payment to be reflected in our account. Product will be shipped immediately upon payment confirmation. Please include the order ID number or your name on your payment.
